We paid for it but never stayed there, they sent us to a different hotel so cant really say. Aloft hotel, where they sent us, was fine. Book that over this Indigo Hotel, you wont have surprises at midnight.

I arrived at the property just to be informed that it was closed and I had to go to another hotel. I was not notified prior to arriving even tho I booked weeks in advance. it was very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Beds were great, location worked well, some of the staff were amazing. Quiet. No evidence of bedbugs. Generally clean.
